All About Us
AQM&F Band is a phenomenally eclectic group of musicians who have been together approximately 4 years. Collectively, we have several decades of expertise in live entertainment. Our group consists of 5-7 members, who absolutely love energizing the crowd and seeing all the smiling faces as we travel through a musical time capsule.

Lady E.L.L.E
Lead/Background Vocals
Lady E.L.L.E. (Lois Atkinson) is a lead and background vocalist. She has over 2 decades of experience as a live performer. Along with being the founder of AQM & F Band, she is also a very passionate songwriter. Her major musical influences are Chaka Khan, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, etc.
Mike Thompson
Vocalist/Instrumentalist/

Michael A. Thompson has been performing since the tender age of 12. Mike plays Alto Sax and Keyboards. He is also a lead singer and songwriter. He has many years of experience as a Band Manager as well. He has performed with the likes of Vaughn Mason and some of his musical influences are groups like Cameo, Barkays, etc.
Anthony Mosley
Lead Guitarist
Anthony Mosely started as a musician at the tender age of 9 years old. He has mastered playing lead guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, drums, etc. He is also a lead and background vocalist. Mr. Mosely has shared the stage with artists like Big Daddy Kane, Tony Terry, Jodeci, and many others. Anthony is well versed in Gospel, Jazz, Blues, Top 40, and Rock Music. He is a proud father, husband, and grandfather. Mr. Mosely is currently an active member of Aquarius Moon and Friendz. He is also the founder of The Choyce Band of Winston Salem, NC.
Herman Sanders
Drummer/Percussionist
Herman Sanders, Jr. is a born and raised in Wilson North Carolina native. He was introduced to drums at the age of 2 and has been playing since. He attended WSSU where he continued his craft. He became widely known in the area for his gusty chops, and powerful attack, along with a thunderous foot. He now has the nickname of “Thundasticks” as a member of Aquarius Moon & Friends. His Musical span and style include Gospel, Jazz, Rock, Funk, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Herman has had the pleasure of playing with world renowned jazz artists such as Jeff Kashiwa, Greg Manning, Rob Zinn,Jeff Kashiwa, Greg Manning, Rob Zinn,and Regan Whiteside. Herman continues
to move audiences with his enthusiasm, intense pocket, stunning mobility, lightning quick foot, and vast percussion vocabulary, leaving his mark on every place he plays!
Darryl Little
Bass Guitarist
Darryl Little has several decades of experience as a Bass Guitarist, lead guitarist, keyboardist, vocalist, etc. He is also a songwriter. Darryl specializes in five and six string bass guitar. He has an extensive background in Gospel, Jazz, and R&B music. His musical influences include, Musiq, Daniel Caesar, etc.
